Description
A 3% beta arbutin serum with hyaluronic acid, from a brand that prints the percentage of every ingredient on the carton. That list is most of the reason it is here.
A few drops after toner, before moisturiser, morning and night. It layers under everything.
What we will say: arbutin is a gentle brightening active and tone looks more even with use. What we will not say: the "clinically proven, 88%" line on the supplier's artwork. Read the small print and it is a survey of 128 customers asked what they thought. That is not a clinical trial and we are not going to print it as one.
