Before you use it
The scrub is an exfoliant. Use it on the body only, twice a week at most, and not on broken or freshly shaved skin.
Stop if the skin stays red or irritated. Bumpy skin on the arms and thighs is a common skin condition, not a hygiene problem, and this is a cosmetic routine rather than a treatment for it.
